Effect of angle interlocking/plain weave compound fabric system on mechanical properties of aramid epoxy resin composites

چکیده
Abstract Preform is one of the important factors affecting mechanical properties textile composites. To further reflect influence preform structure on composite materials, angle interlocking and plain weave structures are configured in a certain proportion to form fabric with both structures. The results show that compound has positive effect improvement AERC. An increase organization configuration system beneficial tensile strength In this experiment, when ratio 3:1, AERC increases significantly, which 80.98% higher than preformed structure. When made fabric, bending greatly improved, also increased 1.20 times compared interlock as preform. 1:3, 1.81 maximum. two significant impact not conducive AERC, large corner 2:1, maximum 33.14 KJ/m 2 , by 26.28%.
